The Trace mentorship and community programs serve the enthusiast community and those who may not have found us organically.

The discipline of building and the development of skill in driving requires a person to listen, learn from mistakes, make changes, and be stretched. Intentional mentorship while learning a automotive trade or in the discipline of driving teaches responsibility, patience, and respect for others and equipment.

Mentorship centered around automotive trade and sport becomes a measurable metric of growth in skill, ability, confidence and discipline.

We have developed our mentorship program to operate during the week at The Trace shop with the following keys and goals:

1. Character - integrity, discipline, responsibility

2. Life Skills - work ethic, communication, problem solving

3. Purpose - identity, serving, value, and future 

4. Trade / Automotive Skills - hands on in the shop working with mentors and others in automotive repair, fabrication, welding, engines, etc.
